Oh,
what a day to remember to make an address of this piece to my old being before
Christ found me. Sometimes it hurts to have known that I allowed the Devil to
drive the vehicle of my destiny before I was discovered by Grace. Satan, you
made me a disobedient child to my creator and made me wander away like a fool
to a trip that was to end in destruction. I wish you could see the new life I
have now in Christ Jesus; the life which I was ordained for by God from creation
before you ignorantly took advantage of me. Thanks to the name of the Lord who
has redeemed me from that eternal destruction.
My old me permitted the devil to spiritually kill the life of God in me via deception, disobedience and made me walk through the earth without knowledge of what I lived for. As clearly stated in Ephesians 2:1-4, ‘As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3 All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy.
The
Old man in me (the devil) made me lose all my inheritance attached with
obedience to God. Through disobedience, wasted my time in fulfilling the
lustful desires, wasted my efforts and God-given strength in achieving devil’s
purpose, made me a victim of God’s treasures for me here on earth, and also
took off the revelation of my hope of glory. Thanks to the name of the Lord who
has raised me together with Christ and given me the Holy Spirit to see what belongs
to me in redemption and taking delivery of them by the Grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
Love the life I live now, a life of peace and Joy, filled with the Goodness of the Lord, walking in the path of righteousness; superior to sin and lustful desires of the master of evil. I am now in charge through Christ who strengthens me Luke 10:19, I now have the power to torment the devil and his agents at will. I have been re-positioned by Christ who also made me priest and King, 1peter 2: 9.
Now, I have the light of God living in me, I am a city set up on a hill that can never be hidden. I am now the salt of the earth with life eternal. I am meant to reign here on earth as King over the devil and his agents as well. I cling to the old rugged cross till I draw my last breath here on earth and fly on angels wings to the place where there is no pain or tears. There, I would sit in the right-hand side of my master Jesus in my eternal home (heaven).
