* A Benefit Concert for the Best of Maryland Arts Education Festival
The concert culminates a statewide Choral Workshop for Music Educators and Community Music Leaders. The two-day gospel choir intensive is led by Stellar-award winning, international gospel artist, Donald Lawrence. The workshop aims to authentically build skills and techniques for Maryland music educators to explore music from the American gospel canon and to strengthen linkages between music classrooms and music making in the community.
